Governor Tom Wolf will introduce a health care reform plan that will increase affordability, access, equity and value for all Pennsylvanians. The plan will reduce health care costs, address systemic inequities and refocus the health care system on every aspect that contributes to a person’s health, including physical and behavioral health as well as the social determinants of health.
